The residential building in Arkalycká Street, Prague 11 – Háje will be directly connected to the Háje metro station (line C). The building is also closely adjacent to the existing commercial arcades, but is designed architecturally, operationally and structurally independent.

There are other amenities nearby for a comfortable and fulfilling life. The base of the building consists of a semi-closed basement of a garage without perimeter walls, above which four residential sections “levitate”. The Arkalycká project offers apartments 1 + kk, 2 + kk and 3 + kk on 14 floors and lofts on the last two floors, 13 and 14. The building will offer 89 apartments, 81 parking spaces and 38 cellars.
