Eva finished her studies of Civil Engineering in Prague in 1991. She subsequently worked in IT sector as a marketing and PR specialist.

In spring 1998 she joined Chicago Consulting Dr. Hopfgartner und Partner GmbH and continued in the Real Estate business with her activities concentrating on marketing, PR and event management of Real Estate projects such as Longin Business Center, Millenium Plaza, Arbes Business Center, Park Hostivař, Empiria and the City Project. As of 2002 Eva has been engaged in office leasing of European Business Center, Praha City Center projects under various ownerships. As of 2005 she is responsible for office leasing Palladium from its development phase up to now and continues to manage office leasing of other schemes for various landlords.
