A graduate of Vienna University of Economics, Karin gained her first international experience with Procter & Gamble Inc. Since 1994 she has been involved with real estate management for projects in Austria and the Czech Republic.
In 1997, together with Anton, Karin founded the Vienna based property consultancy and marketing company Chicago Consulting GmbH, focusing on the development, marketing and letting of large schemes such as ECM City Development or Park Hostivař in Prague as well as several commercial properties in Austria. Since 2004 Karin has devoted herself to the property management of complex commercial properties as well as the steering of construction and tenant fit out. As such she played a key role in the establishment of the management systems in the PALLADIUM Shopping Mall, its Offices and PALLADIUM Parking. As Managing Director of Property Management Solutions s. r. o. since the company’s establishment in 2011, she assumes overall responsibility for the group’s asset and property management accounts, tenant fit out, CAPEX, as well as construction and renovation projects. Within the Property Solutions Group Karin is ultimately responsible for financial management and organization.
